My family loves bread, rotis and ofcourse all the other baked stuff with wheat, but I have been avoiding it due to their health issues. Allahumma baarik my kids are able to tolerate freshly milled wheat flour.

I didn’t think I would need this workshop as everything is available on google but when I started making things it was challenging- hard rotis, baked stuff turned out dry etc. and after the workshop, realized the type of grains, recipe adjustments etc all vary. The info about the diff kinds of rice and millets along with recipes are a bonus.

And now alhamdulillah its all so easy with the exact measurements, tips etc youve given us Allahumma baarik! The kids were so excited masha Allah seeing the bread I baked. I actually enjoyed making rotis this time as the dough was smooth and easy to roll mashaa Allah.

And sourdough! Never knew its this easy to make and especially with the starter you gave us inshaa Allah!

After your long bread journey with all the challenges and losses, it was really generous of you to offer this for us. Sharing your sons health journey was inspiring. May Allah bless him and keep him in His protection ameen.

May Allah bless you and your family with all the khayr and aafiyah in this dunya and akhira for teaching us beautifully along with treating us with all the yummy baked goodies. Ameen! Its definitely life changing for us inshaa Allah.
