Attending the freshly milled flour workshop with Sister Umm Mansoorah was an enriching experience. What stood out the most was her absolute dedication to our learning. Despite just finishing a two-day offline workshop, she generously put together an extra hands-on session just to make sure every single one of us could get our bread right. It is so beautiful to see how kind she is to teach others from the good that she herself has learned. Learning how to handle fresh flour can be tricky, but her patient, supportive teaching style made it seamless.
